With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Barbara has dedicated her career to delivering the personalized investment planning services her clients deserve.

In 2005, Barbara earned the CFP® certification by completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination, and meeting stringent experience requirements.

Barbara uses her CFP® education in combination with her investment planning process.  This assists clients in helping to identify investment priorities considering current economic and market conditions. This approach helps clients make adjustments as time goes on, as their lives and the markets are ever changing.

Barbara’s team, including her partner and son, Matthew Deitel, Financial Advisor, Stephanie Campbell, Operations Manager, Darina Nghiem, and Client Service Specialist, Millie Bertuccelli combine for over 70 years of experience in serving clients’ financial needs.

Away from the Office

Barbara and her husband have been residents of Johnson City since 2000 where they raised their 2 sons.  She spends her free time with her husband, Alan, a Retired Senior Executive in the Automotive Manufacturing industry and their rescue puppy, Ripple.  They enjoy traveling, golfing, boating, puzzling and exploring culinary interests.  Her top passion is her role as “Nana” to her three beautiful grandchildren, Addison, Andrew and Charlie.  She is currently serving as Treasurer and Secretary on the Board of Bravissima, a non-profit organization supporting the arts.  She has served on the Board of the local March of Dimes Chapter and has been a supporter of the Second Harvest Food Bank, the Ronald McDonald Home, ETSU Foundation along with other local charities.
