Jackie Mabrey

Jackie is a Southeast Georgia native with a passion for community engagement and a remarkable journey in client services. With a diverse background in political science, leadership, and service, she has made a lasting impact on both professional and personal fronts.

Before moving to Johnson City in 1992, Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Valdosta State University, setting the foundation for her career in client services. With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has become a stalwart presence, known for her commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. Jackie’s executive and administrative assistant background has equipped her with the skills needed to navigate the complex landscape of insurance companies.  As a licensed insurance professional, Jackie ensures that clients’ needs are met with precision and care.

Her involvement in various leadership roles at St. John’s Episcopal Church reflects her deep-rooted commitment to making a positive difference. Beyond her professional and community commitments, Jackie finds solace in her love for golf and travel. She’s an avid supporter of East Tennessee State University sports, sharing this passion with her spouse Gary.  In recognition for her dedication, Jackie was named an Honorary Alumni by the ETSU National Alumni Association in 2016.  Family holds a special place in Jackie’s heart, as she cherishes her role as a mother to her daughter Claire, and as a bonus mother to Megan and Heather, along with their respective families.
